Tawtheeq Customer Information helpline is open from 8 AM to 5 PM, Sunday to Thursday, 5 days a week.

We aim that our information and customer service staff will answer 90% of phone calls within 60 seconds. All calls made to the Customer Information helpline may be recorded for training and quality assurance purposes.
